Hampton Advisors provides strategic merger and acquisition advisory services to middle-market technology companies, and their venture capital investors, in the software and technology services sectors.  With backgrounds and deal experience spanning multi-billion dollar corporations and high growth start-ups, we have an exceptional understanding of how to successfully achieve your strategic initiatives. We specialize in providing insightful advice to leaders of small and mid size businesses by individuals who have real world experience as executives. Our expertise exists in two areas: transactional with strategic buyers and sellers and operational from executive management roles. The firm's transactional expertise, combined with our "in the trenches" perspective makes us uniquely qualified to optimize the results we achieve for our clients. We take into consideration all aspects of a deal, including financial, strategic, technological (e.g. intellectual property), operational and cultural. We have credibility with the other party in a transaction as we have the operational background to go beyond the typical "financial engineering" approach taken by many intermediaries.
